Symposium: Voice and speech research in medicine (Tıpta ses ve konuşma araştırmaları sempozyumu)

I was honored to be invited to a symposium dedicated to voice and speech research in the medical field, hosted by Gazi University’s Faculty of Medicine in Ankara, Türkiye, on March 6, 2024. During the event, I had the opportunity to present the findings from our systematic literature review titled “Applied Machine Learning Techniques for the Diagnosis of Voice-Related Conditions and Disorders.” The presentation was shared in an abstract video format, followed by a live online Q&A session, engaging an audience of around 350 professionals from various disciplines. The symposium was structured around several key themes, providing a rich platform for interdisciplinary dialogue and knowledge exchange in this rapidly evolving field.
